Aeroméxico Thrives with Rackspace and Red Hat

The results of true digital transformation

Aeroméxico has tripled online sales, doubled its performance across all user interfaces, seen a 40 percent jump in mobile penetration and increased its security and fraud check to a 90 percent acceptance rate on credit cards across all platforms. In short, Aeromexico has become a standard-bearer for the modern, omnichannel customer experience.

Equally important is the impact this transformation has had on Aeroméxico’s brand reputation — proving to customers that while Aeroméxico has a long and storied history, it’s also now one of the most modern, forward thinking airlines in the world.
