Five Rackspace Technology Leaders Named 2022 Women of the Channel

We’re proud to share that The Channel Co., CRN has recognized five top Rackspace Technology® leaders as part of its Women of the Channel list for 2022:
- Adrianna Bustamante, Global Alliances & Partnership Executive
- Tania Fox, Global Director of Channel Marketing
- Vicki Patten, Agent Channel Chief
- Lacey Rondon, Regional Partner Leader
- Judy Vansell, Senior Director of Global Alliances
The Rackspace Technology Global Partners Program provides partners with visibility and access to one of the industry’s broadest portfolios of managed IT services. We partner for better business outcomes across private and public clouds, application services, managed hosting, colocation, and security. The company’s approach to our Channel combines the ability to leverage both self-service and highly dedicated, customized program models to help meet the needs of our Channel partners and their customers.

Adrianna Bustamante
As Vice President of Global Alliances at Rackspace Technology, Adrianna oversees strategic alliances across leading partnerships with VMW, BT, Dell Technologies, and growth alliances within the software space such as Snowflake and DataDog.
Within her 14 years in the Channel, she’s led partnerships and go-to-market across major technology alliances, system integrators, digital experience, and commerce. She builds robust ecosystems, creating new value for customers and partners through innovative revenue channels for growth.
She helped establish a digital practice that went from $7M at inception to $120M in 7 years, producing an engine of multi-year double-digit growth. She was recognized by CRN magazine as one of the “100 People You Don’t Know But Should” and “Women of the Channel” multiple years. Adrianna also serves as the Executive Sponsor of POWER, the Professional Organization for Women’s Empowerment at Rackspace Technology.
Before Rackspace Technology, she worked in publicity for Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment, where she spearheaded launches and campaigns for catalog and TV on DVD.

Tania Fox
As the Global Director of Channel Marketing at Rackspace Technology, Tania leads with a customer-centric, insights-driven, outcome-based approach to deliver the Global Channel strategy and communication plan for internal and external teams — resulting in double-digit revenue growth.
A recognized global marketing leader, Tania focuses on innovation, partner relationships, alliance engagement, and enabling sales utilizing her vast experience in Fortune 100 hi-tech companies. Tania has been at Rackspace Technology since September 2019, delivering innovative sales and marketing solutions and integrated marketing plans, among other strategic revenue-driven activities.
Before Rackspace Technology, Tania was at Intel Corporation for 17 years. Tania led the Global, Worldwide Sales Development and Enablement team, driving tools, products, and solutions for Intel’s sales force and alliances globally. Additionally, Tania drove strategic channel marketing engagement programs supporting accounts representing $20B in annual gross revenue and $2B in Intel silicon.

Vicki Patten
As Global Partner Leader, Vicki has focused on building and growing channel programs with strategic partners for over ten years. Recently promoted to Agent Channel Chief and Director of Channel, Vicki continues to focus on enhancing the experiences for our channel partners.
She enables Rackspace Technology partners to position the right solutions to help them achieve their business goals. In addition, as part of the Global Channel Initiative started in 2020, she drives Rackspace Technology partners to grow globally.
Before joining Rackspace Technology, Vicki spent three decades helping organizations solve their IT business problems and helping partners grow their businesses. After starting her career in hardware sales, Vicki pivoted to services, where she worked with customers and partners to sell professional and managed services.

Lacey Rondon
As a Regional Partner Leader, Lacey joined Rackspace in 2018 to help support channel partners. She now supports partners on the West Coast to boost success in the cloud through enablement, resource alignment, and opportunity qualification. In addition, Lacey meets our partners where they are in their cloud journey by helping them to better position multi-cloud solutions to their customers.
Lacey has been helping companies with their digital transformation for the past 13 years. Passionate about technology and assisting partners in pivoting to the cloud to grow revenue. She is also a member of Cloud Girls, an organization focused on helping partners engage in meaningful business discussions that showcase the value partnerships brings to the table in the tech community.

Judy Vansell
As a Senior Director of Global Alliances, Judy is pivotal to driving change and activating a proactive and predictable Go-to-Market strategy across technical, product, sales, and marketing organizations for the ISG and BT partnerships. In addition, she focuses on driving incremental pipeline opportunities, improving win rates, and reducing churn for these strategic global partnerships.
Since joining the Rackspace Technology partner organization, she has driven channel transformation through business support, tool enhancement, portal gamification, a simple commission structure, and a joint go-to-market strategy for our partners globally.
Before Rackspace Technology, Judy led sales and operations teams for more than 25 years. Judy’s experience includes developing and growing Channel programs, providing operational support, and working closely with value-added resellers, distributors, master agents, digital agencies, and alliance partners to deliver results. She has also led sales teams within the Channel and driven triple-digit growth during her many years of experience.
Judy practices a servant leadership style and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma. She also serves as the President of POWER, the Professional Organization for Women’s Empowerment at Rackspace Technology.
