The agency rapidly scaled its environment virtual machines in just a couple of months, showcasing its newfound agility in the government sector. JBi Digital also quickly mastered the intricate public sector IT requirements in the UK, including adhering to strict government security frameworks such as the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) guidelines and meeting the compliance standards mandated by G-Cloud and the Public Services Network (PSN). By working in tandem on this project, JBi Digital and Rackspace were able to confidently navigate these regulations without needing to build this specialized knowledge from scratch.

Despite a challenging timeline, the company was able to set up the new environment and migrate the client's systems with minimal downtime. "It helps that Rackspace understands the constraints that JBi Digital are working in,” he said. “Because any solution that is proposed straight away meets those constraints. It saves a lot of time, and we get straight to the point in solutions."

The success of this project has already led to discussions about additional government contracts, cementing JBi Digital’s strong position in this sector.
