Terms and Conditions Apply. Offer valid from July 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020. Offer valid for customers based in the United States with a United States billing address. Customer must purchase a Rackspace Professional Services Security and Risk Assessment Statement of Work (SOW) with a minimum value of $20,000 and sign a new 12-month minimum contract for qualifying Rackspace Managed Security Proactive Detection and Response (RMS-PDR) services. Once the customer has been invoiced a minimum of $20,000 in billable charges for the SOW, the customer will be eligible to apply this credit offer to the contract terms of their qualifying RMS-PDR service. Qualifying RMS-PDR requires minimum monthly spend of $8,000 for the RMS-PDR services on Rackspace managed infrastructure before credits are applied. RMS-PDR credits are contingent upon successful completion of, and payment for, the SOW.  Failure to pay all charges for the SOW will be a violation of your Agreement with Rackspace. The credits will be a maximum of $2,000 applied to invoices for qualifying RMS-PDR during the first 10 months of the initial term of the RMS-PDR contract. This offer cannot be combined with any other Rackspace discount or promotional offer. This offer can only be used to add RMS-PDR to a new infrastructure platform or an existing infrastructure platform that the customer doesn’t already have RMS-PDR on. Setup and one time fees for RMS-PDR still apply. This is a limited-time offer. Rackspace reserves the right to cancel this offer at any time. This offer does not apply if your use or receipt of the offer would violate or be inconsistent in any way with applicable law or regulation. Furthermore, this offer is void in the event of fraud, misuse or violation of any terms of your Agreement with Rackspace or if you attempt to sell it for cash or other consideration. In addition to any other legal relief available to Rackspace, you will reimburse us for any use in violations of these terms. This offer is personal to you and will be applied only to your Rackspace account and may not be applied to any other account. You may not sell, license, rent or otherwise transfer the offer.
